Sheridan Wedding – Anna and Taggart – Ivory and Gold Wedding Decor

Anna and Taggart's Sheridan wedding was classic and beautiful. Anna and the fab team at Cabbage Rose put together a gorgeous day full of ivory and gold details. The ceremony was full of candlelight and romance, and the reception's candelabras and orchids were the perfect way to fill the space. Anna and Taggart were a dream to photograph. So relaxed and in love. My favorite combination in a bride and groom! Here are a few of my favorite details, moments and portraits from their day: ...

Holly and John – Little Rock Engagement Session

Holly and John are getting married next year and I couldn't be more excited about photographing their wedding at the Villa Marre. They are funny, smart and adorable together. My favorite part about working with this pair is that they are so clearly in love. They compliment eachother beautifully, and that makes my job so easy and so fun. They wanted something fun and urban for their engagement session, so we shot in downtown Little Rock. Here are a few of my favorites from their session: Isn't Holly stunning?? ...

I'm not saying that it wasn't special seeing Andrew for the first time as the doors to the sanctuary opened. In fact, I cried like a baby. Seeing him that way just wasn't what I wanted or needed in that moment. All I wanted to do was wrap my arms around him, hug him and tell him how much I loved him. I was worried about how I looked crying and was worried about smearing my makeup. I wanted to feel comfortable and like myself, not a version of  myself on display...

Melissa + Lance – Little Rock Engagement Photography

Melissa and Lance have been together since meeting each other through a mutual friend via Facebook. Lance lives in Georgia working for the Army at Fort Benning and Melissa is finishing her degree at UCA in Conway. I was honored that they took time out of one of their rare weekends together to be with me for a short time so we could shoot their engagement portraits in downtown Little Rock. The couple will get married in Hot Springs at the beautiful Hamilton House - a perfect place for a summer wedding! I adore Melissa's outfit choices for their session. There's nothing like some fun, sassy clothing and accessories to make an engagement session really pop! Here are a few of my favorite images from our time together: To see more of Melissa and Lance's Little Rock Engagement session, feel free to check out their slideshow here. ...
