Meg and Tommy were married on March 15th at the First United Methodist Church in Fort Smith. The day and the ceremony could not have been more perfect, even though it rained! Tommy and Meg are an adorably sweet couple who are madly in love and both very dedicated to their church and God. The day was filled with emotions and special touches - family heirlooms, warm embraces and many happy prayers. Here are some of my favorite details, real moments and portraits from their day:
Meg surprised her Dad with an embroidered handkerchief. What she inscribed brought him tears. One of my favorite father-daughter wedding moments ever!
Meg and Tommy celebrated with family and friends at the Hardscrabble Country Club. The reception was beautiful and so fun! The dance floor as packed the entire night and the room was full until the very last song.
Congratulations, Meg and Tommy!!!!
Kaylee and Colt grew up in Charleston, Arkansas and have known each other since childhood. Their love story began in high-school and after years of courtship, the two decided to buy a house together. To help ring in the celebration of their new home, Colt had a few surprises up his sleeve. He arranged for Kaylee to enjoy a day full of pampering, relaxation and gifts. After what seemed to be an unusually wonderful day for Kaylee, Colt surprised her again and popped the question!
The happy couple was married October 15th at the Eastside Baptist Church in Ft. Smith. Kaylee was calm and collected all day. When I arrived she was relaxed and even running ahead of schedule. That, my friends, is a true feat on a wedding day! The rest of the day unfolded just as gracefully as Kaylee expected. We even had a few minutes of light after their evening ceremony to capture some portraits of the bride and groom.
Doesn't Kaylee make a stunning bride? Gorgeous, right?!?
Kaylee's bridesmaids were SO MUCH FUN!! Each of these girls were super sweet and clearly wonderful friends to Kaylee.
