I love bridal fairs. I love the build-up, I love the hustle-and-buslte of the day, I love seeing all of the vendors, I love meeting new brides, I even love all of the hard work that it takes to set up my booth! This Fall’s bridal fair was especially fun because my husband and father-in-law helped me turn my vision for my booth into reality. After the past two shows I’ve done I wanted to take it up a notch and create something really fun, really bold and really beautiful. I think we did just that! What do you think??
The day went really well and our booth was buzzing all afternoon. The couch I rented from Trendstyle Events was the perfect addition to the space. It allowed for brides to sit, rest their feet, look through albums and talk with me about their wedding plans. The photographers from the Arkasnsas Democrat Gazette were busy taking photos all day long, and I love this arial shot they captured of my booth! Notice the bride and her mom enjoying the comfy couch?? Love!
Since I love bridal fairs so much, I’m giving away a $500 gift certificate to one lucky bride! I also gave out $50 boudoir session coupons just to spread the love even more. Check back later this week to see the announcement of the $500 gift certificate contest. If you were at the fair and entered in my contest, be sure to head over to my Facebook page and give me a ‘Like’ to earn yourself some extra contest entries!
I LOVE YOUR BOOTH! I am a fellow photographer based in Portland OR, and was curious as to how you constructed your booth walls? I am struggling with an design that I can physically put up and tear down. Any input you can offer would be much appreciated! Happy Shooting!
Kellene
Thanks, Kellene! Unfortunately, I can’t tell you how it was built because my husband and father-in-law constructed it. 🙂 I do know that it’s held up by some small reinforced ‘L’ legs. The walls can be set up in an L format, separately, or as one long wall… The white floral pattern is vinyl that I found on Etsy. Good luck with your booth!!
