Patricia and John were married on October 10th at the Manor House in downtown Little Rock. The house is a gem and is only a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Little Rock. It was the perfect location for this happy couple to exchange vows. Patricia wanted to keep the guest list small and the evening intimate. She designed the wedding decor and florals around a vintage theme, so the quaint garden and historic charm of the Manor House were just right for bringing her vision to reality.
A note to brides: I love, love, love outdoor wedding ceremonies. Sure, there’s always a chance of rain (that’s what rain plans are for!), but the quality of photographs from an outdoor ceremony vs. an indoor ceremony cannot be compared. The lighting and color are almost always perfect during outdoor ceremonies and it shows in the final images. Also, having an outdoor ceremony allows me to move around more freely and a little more discretely than indoor ceremonies, which means you get even MORE awesome images from your ceremony! So, if you’re contemplating an outdoor wedding, I say DO IT and you won’t be disappointed! 🙂
Back to Patricia and John… Here are a few of my favorite images from the evening:
I loved the bridesmaids details and the shoes. Gotta love a platform with bling!
That is a beautiful wedding. And the light is wonderful. Great job catching those images.
