Christine and Brian were married at the First United Methodist Church in Searcy. I loved documenting this couple’s love story. Christine and Brian are relaxed, down to earth and fun, and they compliment eachother perfectly. The day of their wedding was beautiful, and chilly. Snow still covered much of the ground and the sky was crystal clear. Christine was calm and collected. Brian was a tad nervous. When they saw eachother for the first time, Brian’s face lit up and you could see the nerves melt away. The details were elegant, the guests were teary-eyed and the reception was full of hugs, laughter and dancing.
Here are a few of my favorite details, moments and portraits from Christine and Brian’s wedding day:
I love the feeling black and white gives getting ready images. Something about black and white gives the images a personal and intimate feel to them.
Christine and Brian decided to have a first look. I love first looks. Its a super special moment the couple gets to share before the hustle and bustle of the day’s portraits begin. Its a great moment to focus on one another, pray and relax. I love Brian’s expression when he sees Christine for the first time!
Christine and Brian were troopers. It was freeeeeezing, but they hung with me so that we could get some gorgeous sunset portraits.
