Emily and Geoff were married on 10-1-11. The ceremony was intimate and lovely. The North Little Rock Junior League building was the perfect spot for this couple to exchange vows. Geoff is from Canada and the two live in Memphis, but Emily is from the Little Rock area so they decided to have a small, very personal and meaningful wedding. Emily’s father is a pastor at Cedar Heights Baptist Church in North Little Rock, and he and her brother performed the ceremony. There was laughter, there were tears and in the end there were many hugs. It was a beautiful wedding followed by a fun reception for more family and friends at the Cedar Heights reception hall.
Did I mention the fun? Emily was a super fun, super relaxed and super easy-going bride. She put together a whimsical fall color scheme for the wedding that included turquoise shoes for the bride and matching argyle socks for the groom – I LOVED it!
Here are a few of my favorite images from Geoff and Emily’s wedding:
Charlie, Emily’s Dad, was so sweet. I love the moment when a father sees his daughter for the first time on her wedding day. Priceless.
There was lots of laughter during Emily and Geoff’s portraits. There was also this pose, Geoff’s favorite according to Emily, which I promised would make it on the blog! Love goofiness on a wedding day!
The women of the Cedar Heights Baptist Church did an amazing job of transforming the youth basketball court into a beautiful reception hall. Rita White did a great job with the florals, too!
sorta sad to see geoff reduced to being an accessory… but best wishes
Jealous or bitter? Either way, thanks for making me laugh out loud today! Lulz 🙂
You captured every emotion so perfectly. Awesome job!
Fabulous! That house is a beautiful setting. Beautiful work!
the reception detail shots are stunning!

These are really lovely! Great job!
We were unable to attend and our daughter, Autumn , was Emily’s maid of honor. We have know the Winters family for about 26 years and I love the pictures! Feel like I got a glimse of her beautiful day! Thanks! Great work!
Love this wedding! Beautiful flowers and cake! Also, I love the idea of presenting an image first, then going on with the write up. 😀
What a beautifully captured wedding, every image telling a story.
I am in love with that bouquet and how beautifully unique it is. You do wonderful work!
